9am - Full Breakfast Included
Every one of us longs to have someone believe in us. We passionately long for someone who is willing to invest his life into ours. The problem is that we live in a culture that is possessed and controlled by its own self-created schedules. Most of us are just trying to figure out how to live our own lives, much less having the time to become an influence in someone else's life.
Ron DePriest's story is a miraculous story of how the Father of all fathers rescued him from the pits of hell and caused His light to beam down from heaven into his very soul.
The message he brings is clear - we must once again apprehend the Father's original intention for the generations. We must submit ourselves to the healing power of God so that we can extend that healing to the next generations. We must understand and walk in our destiny so that we can mentor the succeeding generations into their destiny.
"In an age of selfishness when so many are focusing in on their won destiny and ministry we must come to understand that our destiny and our ministry is found in unlocking the treasure of the generations. We will find our fulfillment as they find theirs."
Most people make an impression. Ron DePriest makes an impact! Because Jesus Christ impacted him so dramatically, his ministry is one of extraordinary revelation. At a time when people need desperately to hear from God, Ron’s ministry is a word fitly spoken. His testimony became a best-selling book, Loco, read by over half a million readers. In the early 80’s Ron was featured on the cover of Christianity Today, making regular appearances on TV, and leading tens of thousands to Christ.
Yet, in all the glamour and popularity of twenty years of high-profile ministry, Ron found a nagging emptiness. This “chief of sinners” had now swung to the other extreme, finding mere religion as dark and desperate as solitary confinement in San Quentin.
Abandoning public ministry after 20 years, Ron was at the end of himself and was nearly suicidal when the wooing of the Holy Spirit and the words of a few faithful men drew him back to the simplicity and sincerity of his first-love encounter with Christ. All the knowledge of the Word and all the degrees couldn't replace the passion towards God’s presence. It was faith in God that changed him once and faith in God that opened his heart again. The Holy Spirit answered Ron’s desperation with a fresh visitation of the Father’s grace and love.
Today, Ron DePriest and his wife, Minnie, travel the nation having been in ministry for over 35 years. He has established 12 churches and is the founder of World Impact Network. Sharing the goodness and faithfulness of God, Ron’s passion is to raise up spiritual fathers in the “spirit of Elijah” to pass on a double portion of blessing to the future generations. Their message is candid, confronting and life-changing, with the unique ability to deliver a liberating word to both the lost and the religious.
